[Bug 870214] [NEW] iSCSI root installation creates manual eth0 configuration + long boot

Installation completed fine, system does boot but has the following
entry in /etc/network/interfaces:
# The primary network interface
auto eth0
iface eth0 inet manual
As a result the failsafe upstart configuration appears to kick in to the
server takes a while to get to a login prompt
