[Bug 871100] [NEW] Time format

 

Public bug reported:

The applet that shows the time on the Gnome Panel has a crazy behavior
with the 12/24H set. If you chose 12h format you need to enable seconds
in order to see it correctly. If you disable the seconds check box you
will see 24h clock instead of the AM/PM notation.
