[Bug 863425] Re: Running system-settings again sometimes does not bring existing window to foreground
No pedro, it's not specific to compiz, it happens in unity-2d as well
and when calling gnome-control-center from a command line (try without
the shell menus but by running the command)
** Summary changed:
- Choosing system-settings from indicator menu does not bring existing window to foreground

Title:
Running system-settings again sometimes does not bring existing
window to foreground
Status in GNOME Control Center:
New
Status in “gnome-control-center” package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
Testing with Oneiric 11.10 I have found that if I have the system-
settings window already open then clicking the indicator menu item
'System-Settings...' does not bring the existing window to the
foreground.
It does work as expected if you simply open system-settings and then
change focus to another open window but if you open any of the options
then it stops working.
gnome-control-center: 1:3.2.0-0ubuntu3
