This bug is fixed in Oneric using the supplied sdbc driver (0.8) when
connected to postgresql 8.4.

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: libreoffice

  Open a form or table in base, find there is no add record button.

  Also you can not change any exiting records.

  This problem applies to Natty and LO 3.3.2 when using the postgres
  SDBC driver.
