regarding this being fixed with updating LibreOffice. For future
reference you can manage the status of your own bugs by clicking on the
current status in the yellow line and then choosing a new status in the

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: libreoffice

  Open a form or table in base, find there is no add record button.

  Also you can not change any exiting records.

  This problem applies to Natty and LO 3.3.2 when using the postgres
  SDBC driver.
