  There seems to be no way to scroll vnc windows which are larger than
  the viewer screen size

Bug description:

  I'm running on a machine with a 1920x1200 screen and viewing a vnc
  server on another machine which is 2880x1800.

  In full screen mode I can see the whole remote screen if I turn on scaling, but I can't find any way to do this in window
  mode.  The text on the screen is small enough that it is sometimes useful to see a pixel-by-pixel view of the bottom
  right corner.
