[Bug 871777] Re: (oneiric) missing scrollbars
Ubuntu uses overlay scrollbars now, which are hidden until you put your
mouse over the target bar. On the right side of the window, there
should be a small orange vertical line. The size of this line varies
depending on how long your stream is. If you put your pointer over
that, it will raise the overlay scrollbar.
Scrolling with the mouse wheel as well as with page up/page down keys
should work as well. Sometimes there seems to be a focus issue there,
and you have to click in one of the tiles before it catches the scroll
wheel.

Title:
(oneiric) missing scrollbars
Status in “gwibber” package in Ubuntu:
Invalid
Bug description:
With an up to date Oneiric beta (as of 10 Oct), the scrollbar in the
Gwibber window is simply missing. No visible scrollbar, and a the
mouse wheel movement doesn't scroll either. If you resize the window
to make it smaller (in an attempt to force a scrollbar to appear), it
doesn't appear - you just cut off the bottom of the window instead.
