With an up to date Oneiric beta (as of 10 Oct), the scrollbar in the
Gwibber window is simply missing.  No visible scrollbar, and a the mouse
wheel movement doesn't scroll either.  If you resize the window to make
it smaller (in an attempt to force a scrollbar to appear), it doesn't
appear - you just cut off the bottom of the window instead.
