Bug description:
  Binary package hint: evolution

  Netbook ubutu 10.10, evolution 2.30.3

  In trying to add a self signed certificate went to
  Edit/Preferences/Certificates but the dialog is about Time formats,
  working weeks, Calendaring etc.
