Title:
Missing menu entries in Lucid
Status in “gnome-menus” package in Ubuntu:
Expired
Bug description:
Binary package hint: gnome-menus
A fresh install of Lucid Lynx, and I tried to install Google Chrome
from the repos. It is installed and I can run it from the command line
as google-chrome, but it does not show up in the menu under Internet.
I'm facing the same problem with another application development tool
called Labview, it is installed and does not show up under
Programming. Not had this problem under Karmic. Seems, definitely,
like a regression
