Excel spreadsheets are not set by default to open with Libreoffice
  Calc

Bug description:
I was emailed an excel spreadsheet (xlsx). When I tried to open it by
double clicking, it opened in Archive Manager rather than Libreoffice
  Calc.

I had to manually set the default application to open spreadsheets
  with to be Libreoffice.
