  PDF randomly zooms in and out upon scrolling with scroll wheel

Bug description:
  Evince will randomly zoom in and out when the PDF is scrolled using
  the mouse's scroll wheel. This seems to happen most often when another
  window has focus, but not always. Sometimes giving Evince focus
  corrects this problem, but not always.
