[Bug 876702] [NEW] --disable-gestures doesn't work

Public bug reported:

Release: Ubuntu 11.10
Package ver: 3.2.0-0ubuntu1
Expected behavior: When I start evince with --disable-gestures, evince should disable gesture support
Actual behavior: Gesture support is still enabled.

Additional details: Because of bug #874660, I'd like to be able to
disable libgrip gesture support in evince. However, even though there's
a command line flag (--disable-gestures) that proports to do so, gesture
support does not get disabled. Possibly related: a console error that
reads:

GLib-GObject-WARNING **: g_object_set_valist: construct property
"enable-gestures" for object `EvView' can't be set after construction.

** Affects: evince (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New

** Tags: libgrip utouch
