  banshee crashes after loading in lucid

Status in “banshee” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: banshee

  I am runnung Lucid (Beta-1). After latest update to Banshee, when I
  try to launch it the banshee player briefly appears on screen then
  crashes. I have tried reinstalling the package and have restarted
  several times, but the problem persists.
