[Bug 877747] [NEW] Hard to tell which messages are new and which are old

Public bug reported:

At the moment there's no visual differences between new messages and those already seen.
When I click on new messages in indicator, Gwibber window appears, for couple of seconds showing old messages, then jump to the new ones, so the newest is at the top. It's hard to tell where to scroll to read new messages.
