If I change the close message window preference to 'ask' or 'never' then
the issue is not present.

  Clicking the Forward Button on an Evolution Email results in no
  response from the application

Bug description:
  Version Information:
  Evolution 3.2.0
  Ubuntu 11.10 64bit

  expected:
  When clicking the forward button the email message should close and a new message (with the original forwarded) should appear.

  actual:
  When trying to forward an email the forward button results in the message being closed, but no forward message being created.

  Error when evolution is run from CL:

  (evolution:2231): evolution-shell-CRITICAL **:
  e_shell_backend_get_shell: assertion `E_IS_SHELL_BACKEND
  (shell_backend)' failed

  (evolution:2231): evolution-mail-CRITICAL **:
