[Bug 878859] [NEW] gnome-terminal occasionally grabs mouse input

Public bug reported:

Since I updated to 11.10 last Friday gnome-terminal has been grabbing my mouse input every few days.
First I noticed that my mouse clicks and movement stopped being noticed by all apps, and the people in #ubuntu-x told me that it was likely a client had grabbed the mouse, so I killed my running processes one by one, until killing gnome-terminal solved it.
Today it happened again, my first measure was killing gnome-terminal, and that solved it, confirming gnome-terminal is the culprit.
I have not yet noticed any pattern in what triggers the problem, and I'm not sure on how I should act to find it out.
