Title:
[Maverick A1]Windows don't rise on focus

Status in “metacity” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: metacity

Upgrade from Lucid to Maverick. After upgrade, when I open new
windows, those windows do not rise to the top. Also, they do not rise
when clicking at the bar at the top of the window.

This is probably made more difficult by the fact that there is no
actual title bar, and no window control buttons at all. I have a menu
bar for each window, but no title bar.
