Okay, now I feel thoroughly silly. It turns out that the link already
does have a context menu similar to what I just described. So I'm
marking this fixed, I've added the context menu to the main spec, and
I've specced the drag-and-drop behavior as something anyone can
implement later.

Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: software-center

  One cannot:
  * see the URL except for hovering over the "Website" URL.
  * copy the URL into the clipboard
  * select parts of the label/URL

  All these cases may be of interest to a user:
  * a11y apps cannot see the text even if support is present in software-center
  * users cannot see the URL and need to do something
  * cannot copy the URL without clicking, waiting for the browser to open, and copying it from there.
