It is unclear what the reporter wants here, but it appears that deja-dup
is being used, but does not want the backup to be uploaded to Ubuntu
One.

RY Seshan, can you please elaborate on what your issue is exactly, and
what you're expecting to see? Thanks.

Status in “deja-dup” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Backup - Error 500 is reported after 36 hours of working.  Why backup
  taking such a long time.  Only backup should be there and uploading to
  ubuntu one should be not included along with Backup.
