[Bug 420329] Re: xchat-gnome does not support --geometry option
It seems upstream is not favorable to this idea. I have stopped using
xchat-gnome so have no plans to implement it myself. Feel free to close
this bug report if no one else wants the functionality.

Binary package hint: xchat-gnome
X applications should support the --geometry option for controlling
the placement and size of the application. xchat-gnome does not
recognize this:
$ xchat-gnome --geometry 100x100+100+100
Unknown option --geometry
Run 'xchat-gnome --help' to see a full list of available command line options.
