I found this "interesting" work-around.
If I select multiple copies and select "collate" it works.
Freaky workaround but it works for me now....

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: evince

  Specifying more than 1 copies in the print dialog has no effect, only
  a single copy is printed regardless. I suspect this to be an issue
  with the new GTK print dialog?
