Matthijs, have you tried uninstalling the repos extension and installing
the one from the link? Does it work this way? (remember to close all
Libreoffice instances or even rebooting).

  Presenter Console doesn't work

Status in “libreoffice” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: libreoffice

  
  Installing presenter-console it's shown as a working estension on Tools -> Manage Extension but connecting an external monitor doesn't works. On the same pc OpenOffice presenter-console ( 1.1.0+OOo3.2.0-7ubuntu4.1) was working perfectly

  Ubuntu 10.04.1 Desktop
  libreoffice-impress: 1:3.3.0-1lucid1
  libreoffice-presenter-console: 1.1.0+LibO3.3.0-1lucid1
