  Unable to set default profile image

Status in “gnome-control-center” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  I can change my profile picture to anything, through the user account
  settings, except for the generic avatar in the lower right of the
  standard selection. Selecting this one changes the profile picture to
  the penguin (at least for me).
