  Scrollbars for maximized windows do not obey Fitts law

Status in “firefox” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  In Xubuntu 11.10, I am using Firefox 7.0.1.  With the greybird theme.
  I have a maximized Firefox window and the scrollbars cannot be dragged
  with the mouse when the mouse is all the way to the right edge of the
  screen.

  This seems to happen with every theme available in the Xubuntu
  distribution.
