I'm not familiar with debugging xorg issues, but I can help you attach relevant system information and log files so that others can help you. From a terminal could you please run the following command:
apport-collect 887794

After you do that you can go ahead and change the status of this report
back to new.

       Status: New => Incomplete

  ubuntu log out automatically

Status in “xorg” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  I installed ubuntu11.10 on my laptop,but now it often log out automatically without any prediction. So annoying.
  I've already googled this problem but still couldn't solve it.
  Could anyone help me out?
