[Bug 888008] [NEW] print to file defaults to PostScript when it should probably default to PDF

Public bug reported:

File->Print->Print to file defaults to output format "PostScript".
Although I'm a big fan of PostScript (even having programmed in it), I
think PDF should be the default now since:

(1) the resulting files are smaller (being compressed)
(2) standard desktop tooling handles PDF widely
(3) almost everyone knowns what a PDF file is (whereas the same is not true of PostScript).

I think (3) is the most important aspect here.

** Affects: firefox (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
