[Bug 889034] [NEW] Unable to open https sites via proxy

I'm running Ubuntu 11.10 64 bit on Windows 7x64 with Wubi (Upgraded from
Natty). Trying to get online via proxy server at work, but I can only
open http sites, not https.
Direct connection to internet at home works fine.
