[Bug 889408] [NEW] Cannot add a facebook account: IOError: [Errno socket error] [Errno 1] _ssl.c:503: error:140770FC:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:unknown protocol

Public bug reported:

Hi,

When I try to add a facebook account to gwibber, I complete the
authentication and then the word "Success" appears in the window, and
the following is printed to the console:

Traceback (most recent call last):

IOError: [Errno socket error] [Errno 1] _ssl.c:503: error:140770FC:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:unknown protocol

The gwibber window doesn't show any "Add" button, and no option to
continue but to close the accounts window.

I'm using Ubuntu 11.10, gwibber 3.2.1.
