Bug description:
In Windows, when you select "Open containing folder" from the firefox
Downloads window, the directory is opened with the downloaded file
auto-selected. This doesn't happen in ubuntu, and causes users a
headache to find the downloaded file. Based on this thread it seems to
be a firefox problem:
