Title:
Multiple entries on network connection when changing wireless security

Status in “network-manager” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
See the attached shot. What happened was that I changed the wireless

iwlist wlan0 scan show the multiple AP of the two networks:

  (0)romano-asus:~% iwlist wlan0 scan | grep ESSID
                      ESSID:"eduroam"
                      ESSID:"eduroam"
                      ESSID:"eduroam-guest"
                      ESSID:"eduroam-guest"
                      ESSID:"eduroam-guest"
                      ESSID:"eduroam"
