better. This is unreproducible in Ubuntu 11.10 32-bit, LibreOffice 3.4.4
PPA. Could you try to reproduce this problem via the PPA or enabling the
Proposed repository?

Title:
  LibreOffice writer gets locked up on trivial operation

Status in “libreoffice” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Open a document, Format->Page->Paper format, select different paper format than you have at the moment
  Now press Apply three times. And The LibreOffice gets locked up completely.

  BTW, note that after first Apply the window changes it's place. Not
  sure whether this warrants separate bug...
