one icon is the drive the other is for the currently focused dialog box,
this is not a unity bug.

  when i entered a dvd than two icon appear

Status in “nautilus” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  when i entered a dvd than two icon appear suddenly,when we login then
  there is no icon in the launcher but when i entered a dvd why there is
  2 icons appear?i think one is enough . both  have the same function
  and both are same but there is a colour difference in them  as you see
  in the screenshot.
