one is for message and other is launcher device but only one can enough for the both purpose like for message and drive or launcher icon. 

** Description changed:

- when i entered a dvd than two icon appear one is already exsist and
- other is newer.bith have the same function and both are same but there
- is a colour difference in them as you see in the screenshot.

Bug description:
  when i entered a dvd than two icon appear suddenly,when we login then there is no icon in the launcher but when i entered a dvd why there is 2 icons appear?i think one is enough . both  have the same function and both are same but there is a colour difference in them  as you see in the screenshot.
  if this is the icon for message of new dvd so this should be merge with the drive icon.like the other application and it shows two arrows in the launcher like the other application shows simple.
