[Bug 892693] [NEW] Username and Password missing while configuring Tata Photon+ mobile broadband modem

Public bug reported:

While installing Tata Photon+ Mobile Broadband, the modem was automatically detected by the network manager. After successfully configuring from the network manager, the modem would not connect.
The modem started to work only after manually entering the both usename and password as "internet". This should have been done automatically as many new users would face difficulty in doing it manually.
