Title:
  VPN service fails to start

Status in “network-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
I am completely unable to connect to VPN. When attempting to connect
n-m reports that the VPN service failed to start.

  Running the following in Terminal:
  service openvpn start

  Yields following output:
  Starting virtual private network daemon(s)...

Attempting to connect to VPN after this fails with the same error as
  above.

I would like to see this fixed also I would like to know if this works
  in Maverick.
