to somebody if you have issues with what they could change there, you
can start a guest session indeed

  Screen can be set to not lock after a time without password

Status in “gnome-control-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Hi,

  In Ubuntu 11.10 you can go to the System settings->Screen and turn the
  lock on and off without using the password.  My son likes to use my
  wifes computer and keeps changing the settings so he can get on the
  web because the lock didn't happen.
