[Bug 893209] [NEW] Software Centre - When a application is installed from the Software Centre it's icon should be automatically pinned to the Launcher

Software Centre - When a application is installed from the Software
Centre it's icon should be automatically pinned to the Launcher.  The
option in the software centre to "Add [app name] to the launcher?" after
installing a application should be removed.
