Title:
Ubuntuone does not display the correct usage size
Status in “ubuntuone-client-gnome” package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
After syncing my files to ubuntuone I was concerned that not all my
files were been sync'd to my cloud as the usage reported was far less
than what I had actually sync'd. After sync'ing my account on another
machine I have found that all my files have been sync'd successfully
but the size reported by ubuntuone is incorrect. I have about 30GB of
files sync'd but u1 says that I have 27.9GB sync'd. This could cause
massive confusion to customers as well as potentially lose Canonical
money as they are able to sync more files than their limits allow.
Please see the attached screenshot which was taken on my client
machine which was a fresh install that had been signed in with
ubuntuone.
