[Bug 899285] Re: Nautilus can't make clementine default mp3 player
Thank you for your bug report, nautilus doesn't have knownledge of the
applications though, it just read what the .desktop from those software
advertise supporting, it's probably a bug in clementine

Status in “clementine” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
Nautilus does give an option of "Open with Clementine" for .mp3 files.
But it fails to make it the default music player.
Also, a right click-> open with other application does not show
clementine in the list of both Recommended applications and 'show
other applications'
