+ Description: Ubuntu 11.10
+ Release: 11.10
- libreoffice --calc test4.ods

+ or double clicking the file is the file opens successfully.
+
+ 4) What happens instead is the document is blank and the Terminal shows:
+
+ libreoffice --calc test4.ods

- and opens an empty spreadsheet. It also fails to open when the ods file is double clicked, as that is the same command.
- If I open it using just
+ Original Reporter Comments: Some edits to the document will fix the
+ problem, others do not.
+
+ WORKAROUND: Open it via the Terminal command:
+
libreoffice test4.ods
- then it opens ok.
- The spreadsheet has been ok then suddenly started giving this error after some changes. Some edits to the document will fix the problem, others do not.
- Failing document attached.
+ WORKAROUND: Copy the entire sheet from test4.ods into a new, blank Calc
+ document, save the document and then one may open via the expected
+ Terminal commands or by double clicking.
