think it is not gnome-terminal bug, but bug of nautilus, or sudo ( also
gksudo).

i usually run gksudo nautilus.

"after closed the nautilus, it still in work ! I should press Ctrl + C
to stop it !"

in my case ctrl+c just gives command prompt, but to close nautlus i run
sudo killall nautilus.

  when I run "sudo nautilus " ,after closed the nautilus, it still in work ! I should press Ctrl + C to stop it !
  I found this problem  in 10.04 and 10.10 , in 9.10 it work well !
