[Bug 891482] Re: GEdit load CPU huge when scrolling
I can confirm this bug on 11.10, nvidia quadro NVS 140M, nvidia driver
280.13. Scrolling any file maxes out 1 CPU and makes the editor freeze,
rendering gedit unusable. Other editors like geany are not affected.
Sorry, I can't report on the situation with proprietary drivers
disabled; I'm happy I have a fairly working graphics configuration,
don't want to risk breaking it.

Bug description:
I opened not big HTML file in gedit (18Kb, 242 lines). So, when I
scroll this file gedit loads my CPU too huge and scroll very slow
(with freezes).
