[Bug 903491] [NEW] after each suspend/resume, network-manager has networking disabled

Public bug reported:

Every time I suspend/resume my laptop, my wifi network connection fails
to come up. When I click on the NM applet icon, the "Enable Networking"
option is unchecked and I have to manually re-check it to bring the
network up.

This is possibly related to bug #880084.
