  Can't move windows with workspace applet in Compiz

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gnome-panel

  In Metacity, you can move windows from one workspace to another via
  the workspace switcher applet. I find this very useful, but I use
  Compiz, and this does not work. While you can drag the thumbnail to
  another workspace, the thumbnail returns to the current desktop as
  soon as it is released, and the window remains untouched.

  Using Ubuntu 10.10
  Related to compiz (1:0.8.6-0ubuntu9.1) and gnome-panel (1:2.30.2-1ubuntu3)
