Title:
  Battery incorrectly reported as exhausted when full and laptop
  shutting down

Status in “gnome-power-manager” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  As soon as I unplug the laptop it closes down reported the battery as
  exhausted when it is fully charged. This started happening with the
  update to 11.10, under Natty it was working perfectly
