[Bug 876442] [NEW] Battery incorrectly reported as exhausted when full and laptop shutting down

As soon as I unplug the laptop it closes down reported the battery as
exhausted when it is fully charged. This started happening with the
update to 11.10, under Natty it was working perfectly
