WORKAROUND: Convert the file using Gnumeric's ssconvert and open in
LibreOffice via the Terminal:
ssconvert CAR08.wb3 CAR08.ods && localc -nologo CAR08.ods

Original Reporter Comments: Opening a *.wp3 file crashes
OOspreadsheet. reloading says it fixes the file, but nothing is on the
screen. reloading the file causes same to crash again. OO 2.4.1 for
ubuntu.
