There is no bookmarks toolbar in epiphany 3.3/3.4. Since I don't think
anyone will bother getting a temporary fix into Ubuntu 11.10, I'm going
to go ahead and close this bug.

  Only the favicon and three dots are displayed. See attached screenshot
  with a button for the debian bookmark as it comes by default.
