Marking as fixed since it looks fine here on Ubuntu 12.04 alpha and

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: epiphany-browser

  When the URL bar has too many entries in it, it ends up being too
  long. The lower smart bookmarks end up falling off the screen.

  This is in Intrepid.
